During this pandemic lockdown, and with the extra time at home, I decided to pick up the phone and started to call for quotes. Eric from Crown wasn't the first representative I called, but his professional and friendly service has won my heart. After the installation was done, I have found one of the windows has a scratch mark. Eric showed up quickly and placed the order for a replacement glass. He also fixed a ripped screen for me.
