We had a problem in the kitchen that was preventing our dishwasher from draining properly. I called Cascade and Paul answered immediately. He listened to my problem and asked me to take some pictures and text them to him. Although extremely busy he, and his assistant Sam, were able to schedule me in for the following morning.
They arrived on time and got straight to work - explaining step by step what needed to be done and what my options were. The job was completed in a professional, timely and courteous manner.Paul and Sam take pride in doing a job well and ensuring that a customer is satisfied. I would hire them again.
