Wooden Floors By Malcolm

I hired Malcolm to refinish my floors which included 'wall to wall filling' and filling small gaps. After attempting this twice the floors looked horrible AND he had ripped up a huge chunk. I offered to pay him the final amount plus more to fix the mistakes. He didn't get back to me for over 6 months, at which point he was suing me for $25,000 for "severe injuries" that I caused him and his crew. It took me 2 years to go through the courts to have it thrown out because he knows the court system. (just look at his terms on his site). DO NOT USE HIM - STAY AWAY - STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
