Axcess Roofing

I called Axcess Roofing to replace both a steep sloped roof and a flat roof at the back of my townhouse in downtown Toronto when the roof started leaking. Vlad came promptly to do the quote and it was very reasonable compared to the other two quotes I received from other companies for the same job (the quote from Avenue Road Roofing was more three times the Axcess quote). But how about the quality? In short, amazing. Vlad and his team used top notch materials (the exact same shingles that Avenue Road uses), replaced the rotten plywood where necessary and added a layer of insulation to the flat roof. He supervised the job personally and his team was professional and fast. They completed the job in a single day. It has now been more than seven months since the job was done and it still looks fantastic. Most importantly, there are no more leaks. I'm very satisfied with the job and would heartily recommend Axcess to anyone who needs a new roof.

I was referred to Vlad by my solar panel installer. Though my prior roof was only 7 years old, my solar panel installer informed me it was already gone. Sadly, I just moved in a couple of years earlier and being told the roof was 5 years old I never expected I'd need any paperwork from the prior owners, nor could they tell me where they got their roof done. Normally, a roof should be good for at least 15 to 25 years, so 7 years was a shocker. In speaking with several 5 star CertainTeed roofing companies (Axcess at the time was 4 stars), I discovered the ventilation had never been done properly. I took careful notes and went back to Vlad to advise him exactly how I wanted the work to be done, and he complied with my instructions. He spent 6 days working on my roof with a team of roofers and he did a great job, and his price was considerably lower than the 5 star installers. A few days after completion, my ceiling started to leak and I called him and sent him a video; he came next day and in brutal cold weather he replaced my roof flashing, saying he couldn't do it earlier as he didn't want to damage my wood siding.

I ultimately pushed for and got a 50 year warranty from CertainTeed. I am quite happy and foresee no issues for the next 30+ years at least. :D

I am very pleased with the work completed. The roofers took heir time to do it right, and installed all vents, etc, as discussed. The work was completed on time, and within the discussed cost.
