Clean Out Drain Service was referred to us by Roy at Mayday Drain Services to replace the broken, clogged, 100 year old clay trap under our lawn that caused sewage to back up into our basement. Victor was very professional and explained every step of the process. His crew worked quickly and efficiently despite the -20 degree conditions they had to endure digging down 7ft to replace the old pipe. They went above and beyond our expectations. Victor did a great job replacing the old lead water supply to my house. I hired him to do it again on my second property. The work was about 1 day of digging and a second day to run the water line & back fill.

Arrived on time having called ahead. Dug out drain in basement. Showed me where previous contractor had replaced 22 inches of pipe and left cracked Y junction one year ago. Cleared blockage and replaced "new" and old damaged pipe. Installed "clean-out" which previous contractor had removed. filled in and cemented hole and left zero mess. Charged quoted price despite finding other problem. Price was less that one third what previous contractor charged to NOT fix the problem. All completed in 3 hours. Showed me what was going on throughout.

I was in a bind. Sewage was backing up into the house and it couldn't be snaked out due to an older style trap plumbing system. We couldn't use any water in the house from the shower to cooking.

Victor's crew came in and managed to get the job done very quickly. They are an honest, hard-working crew that are polite and took the time to explain the entire situation clearly. I was able to even focus on getting computer work done as they worked.
