My old radiator sprang a leak - I think fixable - but i felt that an upgrade to a more stylish or efficient radiator would be best. My sister had recomended Royal Heating to me so i gave them a call. They came out to my house and told me my options, I opted for a replacement. Mitch took me out to warehouse/store that delt mostly in antique plumbing materials. I fell in love with one particular radiator and had it installed. i felt that the Company and particularly Mitch went the extra mile in ensuring that I was happy with the product they were installing.

As the cold weather is upon us i felt that it was time for me to turn on my furnace as it gets quite chilly in the evening. While in the annual routine of covering the a/c and converting to the furnace, I noticed a quite formidable smell of gas in my mechanical room. Immediatly I switched off the furnace and called a gas tech to diagnose the issue. I had heard of Royal Heating and Cooling through a friend at work. Mike showed up and explained that the shut off for the gas connecting to my furnace had been damaged when turned it back on. He assured me that it was a simple repair. Within an hour the job was done, and while Mike was there he offered to tune the machine, and double check it free of charge. I had a great experiance with this company and would not hesitate to phone them again.

recently in the middle of the night ive been hearing these loud bangs that would wake me up in a way that would keep me up, scary stuff. royal heating came over diagnosed the problem as to much neg pressure in the system, what ever that is right lol well they explained it to me, its common reasons for happening ect. they made a few tweaks to my system - played with settings, added foil tape, that kind of stuff, over 2 weeks now and no more gun shot sounds in the middle of the night. i found them to be:

i would like to say thank you to royal heating ang cooling this company is a prime example of how service should be. they are clean, well mannered , thurthfull and professional. i had 3 other companies in before royal heating and cooling and it was like night and day. royal heating really knows there stuff and is extremely reasonable when it comes to there prices even tho my job was not the hardest or biggest it was really reasonable ... i would like to thank the staff at royal heating and cooling for a job well done

My air conditioning unit broke down last week. I contacted Royal Heating & Cooling. They were very courteous and knew exactly what the problem was. They sent out someone right away to check my unit and the job was finished within two hours. The serviceman was polite and explained exactly what he was doing. I was thrilled with their service. They left the house clean and neat, unlike other servicemen I have had. I would recommend Royal Heating & Cooling without hesitation. Thank you so much for your efficient and prompt response.

I hired Royal Heating and Cooling to hook up my pool heater. They were excellent!!!! They had to run the gas line from my house out to the equipment pad. They knew all the correct calculations for creating the line, and they had to drill through my wall and lay piping underground. Very serious stuff. They were extremely professional. They have professional trucks, the tradesman are in clean uniforms and they made sure that they cleaned up the work area afterward. They also had to vent the heater through a shed roof. The manufacturer's representative commented on the professional job they did. Everything done to code and tidy. I would call them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone who requires HVAC services.
