We had a new roof done on Friday April 10. Max and his crew worked efficiently and completed the roof in one day. The roof looks terrific and no garbage was left behind. Max arranged for the garbage bin to be shipped out right away so it would not stand in the driveway any longer than the completion of the job. Max installed extensions on the downspouts on the lower level of the roof to extend the lifetime of the shingles in that area. This was done at no extra cost. I was having trouble with a bathroom ventilation fan that evening and was not sure if it was something connected to the project just completed. I notified Max and he was at my house the very next day to ensure everything had been done properly. As it turns out it was just a flap sticking in the vent and everything was in good order. It just shows the importance Max places on customer satisfaction and his emphasis on immediate response to client inquiries. I am very happy with their work and would recommend Twin Peaks Roofing to anyone.
