These guys are the real deal.
I had a leaking flat roof over our tv/living space. So needless to say I needed to make sure this job was done right. After a bunch of contractors came by and gave us a run around from exorbitantly high quotes to just laying a new roof over top of the existing roof. I finally found Twin Peaks. Right off the bat when Max came by to give me a quote, he described what his crew was going to do. He instantly gave me confidence. Confidence in the fact that he knew what he was doing and also that the job was going to be done correctly so I don't have to worry about anything later on. Once the project was underway, the roof was surprisingly much worse that I had even thought with pools of water trapped under lots of damaged wood. However I wasn't worried with these guys on the job. The boys striped off multiple layers of damaged existing roof, reinsulated the ceiling, re-sloped the roof with new rafters (carpenter on their crew), applied the new plywood and new roof and finally finished with EXCELLENT metal flashing work (thanks Chase). From the day I called them for a quote to the day they wrapped up it took about 6 days.
These guys had a very fair price, they were punctual, their quality of craftsmanship was top notch, they cleaned up the job site nicely, and Max was able to let me know what was going on throughout the project. So I was very happy with all the communication.
Bottom line is you gotta call these guys if you need work done on a roof. Especially a flat roof. I think all the 10/10 reviews speak for them selves. These guys will go the extra mile when completing the job.

Hi Andrew, Thanks for the detailed review. When I first heard the tone of your voice I knew you really needed us to take a look a the roof, when I saw the roof I was dying to help you get to the bottom of thing ( no pun intended ) as a 4 man crew had to spend the better part of a day just to gut the layers of rotted roof decks a ant nest infested roofs. Im glad you didnt go ahead with any company that wanted to put a 3rd roof overtop of what was a POOL of water locked inbetween the roofs, right over top of your living room!
