Roofing review in

Went with National Roofing because they were recommended by my real estate agent. Had my roof done three years ago. Recently, there has been a drip whenever it rains hard. Warranty is supposed to cover this issue. Have been trying to call the company for a week and a half and have not had any response, even though website says 24 hour emergecy service. May need to try my insurance or another contractor if I do not hear from them soon.
