If you absolutely have to hire this company, insist on getting a detailed written work order before work begins. The work order should state exactly what work will be done. Monitor the work while it is being performed and intervene if you are not satisfied with the quality. Ask about the qualifications of the installer to ensure they actually know what they are doing. In my case, I had to stop the work, but not before the installer had made a mess of my brick siding. I will now have to try to clean up the mess myself and finish the windows myself. The installer constantly complained how much he hated his job. Very unprofessional. The company website claims to offer 100% satisfaction. I am not satisfied with this company at all.

We completely agree about written estimates. If price is a primary concern, please get a written estimate before we begin work. These are provided for free on our website and help you understand the full cost of your job prior to having us arrive to do the work.
Regarding the quality of work, it is difficult to clean up 100% and neaten up areas if the job is cancelled before completion and we are told not to return. The customer had constant communication with us during the service call, and watched almost the entirety of the removal of old caulking and installation of new. He was informed that we needed things to dry before we can clean up. He told us not to return the next day.
Price was openly discussed at $55/opening which was the rate charged.
If you've ever done it, you'll know that caulking is a messy job. It is completely paintable once the job is complete if the customer prefers an ultra sharp look. We are happy to recommend reputable painting companies if needed.
We have contacted the customer privately to offer service credit compensation for his needs. As of June, 2017 the customer has not replied.
