Piper Plumbing Heating & Drain Cleaning

Piper Plumbing installed our toilets less than a year ago. We noticed a leak from the basement and called Piper Plumbing back. They sent Charles to diagnose the leak. He was honest and let us know the previous plumber who installed the toilet was let go because of his shoddy work. Unfortunately, we paid cash "to get a better deal" and we were left without a receipt. Charles still fixed both toilets for us under warranty due to the previous circumstances. We appreciated his honesty and workmanship. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I'm on an acreage and we had the floor drain backup. I called Piper Plumbing. They sent a plumber (Charlie) out and he ran a snake from the clean-out to the septic tank. Charlie arrived on schedule and was polite and courteous. More importantly, I appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness in diagnosing the problem. I will definitely be calling Piper again for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

Piper Plumbing was recommended to us by another contractor who was working on our home at the time. We trusted their recommendation and were happy with the work done, although we had a couple minor service issues. The only criticisms I have are that the start times for the project could have been better communicated to us. On another day, the crew failed to show up, but never called to let us know. The price ended up being a bit more than we had expected, but we needed the job done quickly and well (which it was), so in the end we were't too concerned. Overall, we would definitely recommend Piper Plumbing to our family and friends.

I called and received same day service. the crew Charles and Doug were punctual, professional,efficient,courteous and I was thoroughly impressed. In this day and age you don't see fabulous service like this. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend to friends. No hassle company to deal with, seamless service.

Fantastic service, I now recommend Piper to other people. They fixed a toilet at one of my revenue properties and the plumber who took care of it was very prompt, polite and friendly towards my tenant. He also took the time to follow-up with me over the phone.

I had an emergency situation with a clogged toilet so I looked up companies online to see who had the best reviews. They solved the problem quickly, although the price was more expensive than I thought it would be. I understand that with an emergency situation you have to pay a bit more though.
