Fraserview Roofing & Renovations

A lone subcontractor worked on the roof. Gaps on gables on both sides of the house were left. These were previously covered. Promises to cover these slots were made after every phone call. Nothing was done. It has been seven months since June 2022. Moisture may be collecting inside, in addition to these slots providing easy access to wasps. There are at least four such slots visible to me from ground. I did not go up the roof to inspect what else is badly done. I will not recommend this contractor to anyone.

We hired Fraserview Roofing to replace our roof, install gutters, new sofifs and close in two of our balconies. We are very happy with our renovation and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. They were very honest and proffesional. Really good communication; whenever I had a question I got a response right away. There was no hidden fees and by far gave us the best price compared to other companies. They also left the home/yard very clean after the renovation was completed.

I had some work done around the house including a roof last year. Fraserview Roofing & Renovations provided excellent craftsmanship and quality. Not only that but they also were one of the only companies who came out to my home to give me a quote. The new roof looks great and we don’t have anymore leaks. Can’t recommend this team enough.

Gary, Josh and helper were punctual, and completed the work as promised. Overall was great and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend their services to others who are in need of roofing work.

The employees were very polite and they kept my yard very clean after taking off three layers of shingles and took the enitative to replace any ply that was rotted and inspected and took the time to cover out roof with a tarp so we would not get water damage and also took the time to check the roof after hours to make sure our tarp was still intact. They used the best material and created proper drainage and took the extra step to clean out our gutters as well. They explained the warranties on the products before installing and at the end cleaned up all the garbage plus ran a magnetic to pick up all the old Nails and also did a follow up after three months to make sure everything was good.
Awesome customer relations, communications, and quality work by really quality guys. I would recommend Fraser Roofing to everyone who wants to have the service they pay for plus there price was lower then all other five quotes we got it was worth every penny hiring them. Awesome company!!!!
