I should of read the reviews about this unprofessional company that does not respect their customers time and honor their contract, every single review I saw it reminded me of my case.
Also what is funny the good reviews they have posted I am hundred percent sure they have there family posted it, why I am saying that because they are replying to the other adds that people posted, read them and you will know for yourself.

That being said I ordered the blinds from them and like everyone posted they did not have the right product with them and short on product to install my blinds, and they promised me they will come back time after time no one will show up and no respect for people time, they don't even reply back and call you to let you know they can't show up.
It has been over 4 month now without having my most important blinds installed, and what is even more disrespectful the lady who answers the phone after calling 20 times and few days she lacks of customer service skills and extremely Rude, To add she keeps cutting you of to make sure you don't complain, She never apologies About not showing up or not having the right equipment with them the time they arrived or having the wrong measurement or not calling you back, she only make excuses, that's fine install my shutters that's all I care about.
she is extremely rude and Not professional.
They need to be reported to the Business Bureau.

The owner has a brother and has his own store and he buys from him, his brother and son run that store and they have there own name blind and shutter, I found that out.
I think they will close that company and reopen with new name.
I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STILL OPEN.

I ordered shutter in May. They came early June to install. One didn't fit and they said they'd be back in a week to install it. It's half way through September and I have no shutter. They've been paid in full. They don't return calls or emails and their voicemail is often full. If you had a bad experience with this company please report them to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Ontario.
