Extraordinary Work by Skilled Craftsmen
We are so grateful that we found Ideal Stairs to remove the original carpeting from two curved staircases as well as the upstairs hallway, and provide us with an amazing hardwood transformation!
Working with Mesh, Rajan and the entire installation team has been an
absolute pleasure. We requested traditional, all-wood staircases and
they delivered a grand entrance -- with custom staining to match existing
hardwood on the main floor. We were most impressed by the precision of joint cuts, custom nosing, beveling, accurate staining, and the overall level of detail.
There are many facets to building new stairs and creating custom nosing and steps with templates.
Each of their team members are highly skilled craftsmen, who deliver superior results. This entire job was completed in two weeks, due to the hard-working team who worked 6 days a week. At the end of each day, they swept, vacuumed and neatly assembled their supplies. They take pride in their work, as evidenced by the results. I also appreciated the daily morning phone call from Rajan to let me know that the team was on their way, to answer any questions that I had, and to update me on what to expect next.
This was one of the best home improvement jobs we have ever done, and a seamless experience with a contractor. Not only did Ideal Stairs deliver what they promised in providing us with a beautiful staircase transformation, but they exceeded our expectations!
