You will know within minutes of meeting him that he knows what he is doing and he will be respectful and honest in his treatment of you and your home; this includes commonly overlooked decent habits such as showing up at the appointed time scheduled and leaving the work site clean. You can trust him in your home. He has integrity. Indeed, this is the only plumber of the 3 (1 service contracted for the new build; the other to repair problems) that we employed who was worth his salt. He came to our house, assessed the problems, sent an invoice for the repairs IN ADVANCE, and fixed the problems -- it was painless. Others charged us significant amounts for the assessment (based on an hourly rate, and little knowledge about high-end fixtures) or partial repairs (without being straightforward about the charges), without leaving us a functional plumbing system.
