Time came to finish our downtown Annex basement. ICY came recommended from a contractor friend of mine. Pleased to say that the work has been done on time and on budget. That you for a excellent job and let's work together again sometime.

My wife and I decided on a big project- to lower our basement. Of course, we heard many stories of how unsafe this type of project can be for us and for workers. But due to many friends' recommendations we went ahead and hired Igor's crew to complete the project. The team lived up to every expectation. Guys showed up at 7.30 in the morning. They executed the project using their step by step procedure. We were absolutely safe with Igor and his team. Would definitely recommend the guys! Good job!

Igor and his team at icy reno were very good. They dug up the side of the semi woth very little room and installed weeping tile amd patches and did so in record time (3-4 days!)
They put in the sump pit and pump and routed it all out the downslope side. Clean up was decent and the team was courteous. Very pleased. We even had them back for a drain replacement not long after because we were pleased with their work.

We used Icy Waterproofing to dig out, waterproof, rough in plumbing and pour concrete in out basement. They were professional, in early every day, left the site immaculate and were done in 5 days. The last day was a Friday and they stayed until 8:30 at night coming in every few hours to make sure the concrete was drying smoothly.
I would highly recommend using these guys. They were fantastic.

Icy Reno waterproofed my parents home, and they did an absolute amazing job! Had ICY Reno come over for an estimate for our leaking basement wall. Igor was very professional and pleasant as we were discussing the problem and its possible solutions. He understood the high need for a fix and was nice enough to put up his upcoming project. Needles to say, guys did the repair fast, neat and kept up with their expected quality.
