We have had many plumbing problems in our house since moving in. Brian and Richard from Blue Wave have always been there to help. The service is great and they are always on time and clearly explain what work needs to be done and why. I would recommend them every time.

I had a pressure issue in one shower and a leak on another. I was worried about a big bill and ripping out dry wall. Brad quickly found the problems, which were unrelated, and worked quickly to fix them both, answering all my questions along the way. Very happy!

Hired a bathroom renovation and the company we hired managed to destroy our house, but also left us with a major leak in our basement (the bathroom was upstairs). Brian came in and replaced all the pipes for us. Work was done well and very efficiently, they also came back to do an extra small job. Thanks.

We had a partially clogged floor drain in our furnace room. We had used Blue Wave before to do some minor repairs, and were very pleased with them...so I called for advise. They advised that we contact the City of Calgary to auger out our house line, and the City came out and solved our problem quickly and for FREE.
I've found in the past that it's often difficult to find an honest and totally competent plumber, but Blue Wave Plumbing has always exceeded our expectations, and I hardily recommend them. Honest and fair!

After several estimates, I decided to use Blue Wave, and Richard to tear out and redo my basement bathroom. The reinsulating and remapping the plumbing was a priority........and wanting to stay in my budget a close second. Both of these priorities were met. The work is meticulously done, and we are on to a second project now in the kitchen, so stay tuned for another review. Richard is accessible at all hours, responds promptly, and does not remind reminder calls. He is open to discussion and change of mind.

Last February, Bluewave came to our home to repair water heater issues. After a successful repair, we discussed replacing the heater and having to remove some basement walls to get the old one out and new one in. We were told June or July. With many delays and apologies, the project was completed in just 3 days last week. (October)
Richard and Brian were quick, pleasant and efficient. I'd suggest better efforts to communicate delays to clients - letting them know they're 'not forgotten' and staying proactive with an expected schedule instead of the client continually having to get in touch.
Yes, I would recommend Bluewave for future service.

Excellent service - on time, on budget, - highly recommend BlueWave. Also called them in an emergency and they show up within the hour, temporarily fixed the issue and then rescheduled to complete job.

A few years ago Richard came to install my bathroom and kitchen fixtures and did a great job. I knew when I needed a plumber again I could count on Bluewave. This time Brian G was sent.

Thank you for your prompt reply in sending Brian to come out and fix the water pipe burst in my home. Brian was here right on time and he was great in explaining what had happened when the water was leaking. He found the damaged pipe and with expertise went on to replace the damaged area.

While he was here I asked him to do some other plumbing things. Brian was very agreeable to do them. THANK YOU BRIAN!

Blue Wave Plumbing did an excellent job in determining the existing buried location of my back water valve after extensive investigation work. Brian G was very patient and professional, completed the BWV work, along with several other toilet/sink repairs. I would recommend Blue Wave.

6 months from start to finish for about 8hrs of work. Needed to fix a few plumbing issues from previous contractor, and close out permits. Courteous and did great work while here. I had said there was no hurry as the issues were a few years old, I did not realize this would mean that we would be forgotten about, and had been told on at least two occasions when contacting them after several weeks (while waiting to hear from them as to when they can come and complete the next stage) that "I'm sorry I totally forgot about you". Permits were conditionally closed a month ago, and was told they would schedule me in and get back to me. Still haven't heard from them. Got tired of reminding them I was a customer and decided to wait and see.... still waiting. Three small things to finish to properly close permits. Good work when they show up, but wont be calling them back...
