Plumbing Medic

Plumbing Medic came in and quickly identified that my water pump had lost its prime and did a thorough inspection and determined that a new pump was the solution as opposed to replacing the waterline and tearing up the front lawn that a previous Plumber had recommended. They were friendly, professional, and very efficient. They answered all my questions and left a clean and tidy workspace. I am very very pleased with the work and the professionalism. Plumbing medic is great. I have used them for plumbing fixtures and emergency drain service. I recall one incident I had where my kitchen sink was clogged completely and I was having company the next day. I called them and explained my problem . They dispatched right away on a Friday night and resolved the problem .

Kevin and his team installed a toilet and sink in the summer kitchen area of our century home. He recommended a specific type of toilet that would meet our needs and be the least invasive to our thick brick walls. He worked efficiently with the carpenter and electrician to ensure proper switches and outlets were used. The house was left very tidy after each visit and the job was completed to our extreme satisfaction. We called Plumbing Medic because we needed our kitchen sink hooked up after the granite counter was put in. I needed someone ASAP since we were hosting Christmas in 2 days. Bob was sent and did the job fast, accurately and with a smile on his face. Great Job which lead to a great Christmas. We were so pleased that we called Kevin, the owner, to come and quote to hook up the rest of the house. They came within a matter of days and gave us a great price. Bob, once again came to do the rest of the work. He was great!! Super nice guy who really knew his stuff. I would recommend Plumbing Medic to everyone!!
