CRC Carpentry and Renovation

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Renovation took place in 2011 with out city inspection. Throughout, communication was received via text message that inspections were taking place, but no inspections did. In 2015 City issued a Notice to Comply regarding the application for permit opened in 2011. CRC has taken no accountability and deflected to his sub contractor (engineer). Now a year later his sub completed plans for permit and now I am in dispute with the City regarding insulation and framing. City will pass inspection if certain information is provided but, CRC is claiming ignorance. At this point , an order to comply/court action or a $20,000 renovation (redo ceiling and insulation) is what I am dealing with. Which could be avoided if CRC cooperated.
