Called for $2 labour charge + parts service as advertised. For satisfactorily working door that had no problems, I was advised to change the 10 nylon wheels to 10 steel wheels for $463 ($167 labour + $296 parts). Found out that steel wheels retail at $68 for 12 wheels. For the non-working door I was told that the wire may be loose and no service or repair was offered probably because there were no parts required that could be charged at exorbitant rates.
