An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We recently had our master ensuite renovated and our contractor brought in Jorian from Micom Tileworks to handle the floor, bath and shower tiles….and we are so delighted he did!
Jorian is a European trained master! His craftsmanship, attention to detail and customer service are second to none! We selected a tile for the shower floor and Jorian explained to us the reason ours was not the best choice. After consultation, he returned the product to the store and brought back a better and less expensive alternative in the same colour!
He also installed the heated floor!.. How warm is that!!
Truly we couldn’t be happier with his work and would certainly recommend Micom and Jorian for any and all tile projects!
