We had Progressive Concrete replace the driveway and pathways on our property in June 2019. The experience was very good. Progressive is one of the most customer service focused that I have worked with. Our job was not all smooth-sailing. There were unexpected complications and some minor misunderstanding, which caused some frustration. But they took it all in stride and went to lengths to ensure that we were happy.
Some of the issues could have been avoided with better documentation up front. That would be my only critique. Clearly documenting (ie. notes, photos, sketches/drawings from the initial site walk) the scope of work would align expectations on both sides – customer + contractor.
That said, we would definitely recommend them to anyone!
They were courteous and always ensured that the site was left in a safe condition for my family (with kids!). The final product came out amazing! Neighbors walking by have given compliments. Some have even noted that they will be contacting Progressive to do their driveway soon.
