Out of the few companies I contacted, Novo was the most hassle free to set up an appointment, with a detailed invoice and no deposit required. It explicitly comes with one year warranty in workmanship. Jessica was very helpful by phone and email. I was given a specific time for the appointment, and not a window of four hours to wait. On the day of installation, Mark and team arrived reasonably on time, and called ahead to confirm. They took the time to determine the right support on the exterior wall for the awning. My experience with them was very positive. Heritage Shade & Shutter and Novo Solar will be the companies that I would contact for future projects that may fall into any category of their expertise.
