I telephoned Just Junk this morning. Ben and Rory arrived on time today. They were very pleasant, efficient and professional. Ben provided me with a quotation range and explained that they would only charge based on how much of their truck the junk actually occupied after they loaded it. Very quickly and carefully all of our junk (including a 65 gallon aquarium) was removed from our basement. Their charge was at the lower end of the range and they even remembered to provide us with a web advertised $10 discount without us reminding them. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them.

Ben and Rory were simply FANTASTIC. Extremely courteous, professional and helpful. They had what we thought was a very big job with cumbersome items and they were absolutely fantastic in how they removed it from the home as well as packed the truck fitting in much more than we expected. I have booked a followup with them for more junk that we need to have removed and would like to thank them both for all of their hard work, professionalism and courteousness! /10

The process ran very smoothly from ordering online, to the first phone call from Just Junk saying they were on their way, removal of item and final call for payment. I was very concerned at first, as I was doing this from a distance and not actually present during the removal, but Oliver was very professional and put my mind at ease. I have noticed your truck in my city, and would definitely use this company again if the need arises.
