I had some heavy furniture that I wanted out of the basement and these guys made it happen. Even after the challenge of the sofa bed vs the basement stairwell, the price I was quoted at the start was still the price I paid. Chris and his team were professional and polite and far more capable than me. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

We called Just Junk to take away old furniture we weren't keeping during a move. Phil and Mikolai were AMAZING! They gave me the estimate up front (no hidden fees, it was pretty much what I saw on the website and was VERY fair for all the things I needed taken away. They were pleasant, polite, and seemed to absolutely love their job, even as they carted an old sofa down 2 flights of stairs. Would use Just Junk again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much!

It was so easy to book a day ahead with this company and with the time slot I requested. The guys called within half hour of their arrival. They worked efficiently to move stuff that was left behind to clear out a house set to sell. Feels good to be free of clutter!

When I called to book a removal of office furniture, I provided a list of the items and was given an estimate of 1 truck load and 2 hours. The removal was set for 1 day before our lease expired. On arrival, JustJunk told me it would take 4 truckloads and 10 hours. With our lease expiring the next day, I had no choice but to proceed, at a cost 4x the original estimate. The movers smashed apart desks instead of disassembling and left the screws and splintered wood across our carpets. They then asked for a favourable review on a survey. My complaint to the franchise owner has produced no apology and no response.

A cold sunny January Saturday morning provided an opportune time to remove clutter from our garage. We had a massive old and incredibly heavy TV, closet doors, an old shag rug, post Reno tiles and wood trim and various other things that we wanted to get of. Just Junk arrived at the promised time, loaded their clean and empty truck and took it all away.

We scheduled a pickup to remove an old tube TV and dishwasher along with a few miscellaneous items. I was greeted by Matthew who came alone as his partner had injured his ankle. I wasn't sure he was going to be able to lift the old 36" tube-style TV off my front porch without his partner but he insisted he could do it and refused my help. To my amazement, he picked it up and walked it down the stairs and a few more steps on the driveway into the truck.

I found the service to be excellent and Mathew was courteous and professional in discussing the quote. We will definitely use Just Junk again!

They were easy to deal with. Came quickly, removed what we needed removed, and the price was reasonable. Pleasant to deal with. I'm not sure what else to say. No complaints.

The two employees came and quickly removed what was asked. I swear it was a two minute seamless job. They came within the stated time frame, and called when they were on the way. Even when I had a hiccup on my end, the people answering the phones were able to ensure that my need was met. Would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

I had an old floor model TV that was taking up space, not working, and far too big for me to move. I researched the prices for junk removal and the prices varied. But it was one item. I didn't want to pay upwards of $200, which was one quote. Just Junk gave me a good estimate and let me know that $98 was on the high end of what it would cost to remove the TV. I got an email confirming the appointment time, and I could still refuse if I didn't like the price once they arrived. The guy from Just Junk called me early to confirm
my location and asked if they could come early. I was really happy to have them show up, confirm the amount, and in less than 3
minutes, the TV was gone. The credit/debit machine was an added bonus! They were professional, friendly, and efficient. And I got my spare room back.

I would recommend Just Junk in a heartbeat. ?
