When I called to book a removal of office furniture, I provided a list of the items and was given an estimate of 1 truck load and 2 hours. The removal was set for 1 day before our lease expired. On arrival, JustJunk told me it would take 4 truckloads and 10 hours. With our lease expiring the next day, I had no choice but to proceed, at a cost 4x the original estimate. The movers smashed apart desks instead of disassembling and left the screws and splintered wood across our carpets. They then asked for a favourable review on a survey. My complaint to the franchise owner has produced no apology and no response.

Brannans responded quickly to my request for service, gave a clear and accurate repair cost estimate and then efficiently completed the required repair. On top of it all of, Steve is both pleasant and professional to deal with. Highly recommended.

This is the second emergency repair job Max has handled for us (first, air conditioners and now, furnace). On both occasions, he attended quickly, did a great job on the repairs, charged a fair price and was highly professional throughout.

We retained Bally to rebuild our front porch, stairs and retaining wall, which had sustained damage due to water infiltration over the years. In addition to dealing with the technical aspects of effectively sealing the structure, we were particularly concerned that the stonework be of a high enough quality to enhance the appearance of our entranceway. Bally and his crew did an excellent job on both fronts. We were very impressed with the skilled work of his stonemason, and also appreciated Bally's efforts to accommodate our requests and to communicate with us throughout the job.
