I took possession of a property downtown and needed old furniture left in the storage room hauled away. The movers were really nice but young and inexperienced. They did not know how to properly back up the junk removal truck in my back alleyway so that other traffic could pass by. I had to guide/teach the driver and both reps admitted to me that they never received training on how to properly back up a larger vehicle. I passed my concerns on to a customer service rep as well as in my feedback form and heard nothing back from the company. The movers were polite and fast once parked, the inexperience cost time and frustration and having my concerns ignored by the company felt disrespectful. I'm currently doing renovations and I will choose to go with a different company because of it.
