I called this company because of the high rating and award received. Dave did take the time to address my questions and ensure me that all his staffs are certified.
The two technicians arrived on time and explained to me their process. They did a neat job overall though I noticed they didn't seal the connection opening between my duct and their portable HVAC machine. I'm happy with their service.
