I had my ducts cleaned years ago by another provider and was not impressed. With allergy sufferers in the home, and recent renos, it was time to get them done.
From the time I called Dave's Duct Cleaning and talked to Stanley who explained things in detail, answered my questions and booked the service, I was very impressed with the service. Leading up the service, I received friendly e-mail reminders, and a call the night before. The technicians called me on their way, and arrived a couple of minutes before the scheduled appointment time. They were very friendly, professional , knowledgeable and explained things before they started the job and along the way. They laid down cloth where they were walking and took great care moving their equipment around the house. They showed me before and after pictures - now I know why I am breathing better following the cleaning. Besides the outstanding results of the cleaning, I can honestly say that Dave and his team know what customer service is! I could not have been more pleased and highly recommend Dave's Duct Cleaning!
