cleaned our ducts on Oct. 28, 2013 and I am extremely pleased with their service. They called ahead to let me know they would arrive within 15 minutes and upon arrival, they were extremely courteous and professional. They measured the outdoor and indoor air qualities, showed me the "before and after" photos of our vents and let me watch every step of the way. They explained the procedure and answered all my questions. They actually removed several rocks from the bottom of our basement cold air return! The house was left quite clean and all I had to do was a light dusting and vacuum after they left. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.
