At first, I felt a little sketchy about the deal as Dave's phone number goes to a recording. I was worried that I'll never be able to book an appointment. To my surprise, Dave's responses with emails and online inquiry was prompt. My appointment was booked the same day along with a nice prep email on what to look out for and what we can expect from the cleaning. Andrew and Scott were more than excellent when they came to our house for duct cleaning. They were on time which was rare to find in any kind of service voucher. Similar to other reviews, we were shown the inside of the ducts and to our surprise there was a speaker inside. I should say the siren for the house alarm from the previous owner. On top of that, the ducts were dusty after our renovation. I am glad to have found Dave's groupon deal and will recommend their service to others. The house does feel cleaner and fresher!.
