Found this company by accident through Groupon and was satisfied from the first emial. Sent on a Sunday and answered promptly. I had cleaning day immediatly. (I even loved the humour in the vm message) The technicians called a couple of times before the appointment to make sure the timing was accurate. Very polite and professional!!!
