Dave and his crew not only walked me through the process every step of the way, but also showed me how dirty the ducts were during the assessment, before they did any work. I also decided to clean the ducts throughout the house as they were due as well. I then got to experience the efficiency of my dryer (made me so happy) plus Dave showed me the photos of my shiny clean ducts!
