We've done some major renovation to a 30-year old house and hired Dave to clean up the duct system near end of last year (2012). They came on time and although there was a breakd-down in their equipment, they were able to complete the work on the same day.
After his cleaning, we found out that one room was particular dusty. So we'd called Dave for advice. Dave professionally handled our problem and came to our hiuse again. They checked the system, re-cleaned where could be the possible hard-to-get spots with no extra cost.
We were much pleasantly surprised for the no cost 2nd cleaning and a much less dusty house ever since. Thanks much Dave.
