Rick Appliance Repair

My wife originally went to Homestars and found a different repair shop but we were told by that company we were too far away (they in Toronto, we in Oakville). However, the best thing they did was recommend Rick at AC Repair to us.
Rick is a very quiet but dedicated individual. We talked to him and asked him to come out and diagnose what was wrong with our refrigerator. He actually figured out what the problem was over the phone but came and showed us the problem. He gave us two options -- to replace the part... or lubricate it / clean it as best as possible and let it be, as the appliance was over a dozen years old.
Unfortunately, we should have replaced the part while he was there as several days later, the refrigerator part gave up the ghost. The fridge started heating up again. In a panic we called Rick and he re-arranged his schedule on a Saturday night to come over and save the day! It was a lesson well learned -- trust the expert!
We used Rick one last time a week or so later when a storm blew out a capacitor on our A/C unit, the night before friends were coming over on a very hot summer weekend.
We called Rick on Saturday morning and once again, he somehow accommodated us to fix the problem. He is a life saver!
Rick is mentoring his son who is following in his dad's footsteps. That young man is in good hands. Rick is a caring person, something you do not expect in his industry. He is honest and truthful, hard-working and helpful. My family cannot express how much we recommend Rick and A/C Appliance Repair.
