Our family has know Rick for over 20 years. He is the most reliable person I have come across for any appliance repair or new product. He is very knowledgeable about the different appliances and very fast to identify the cause of the malfunctioning. He is very honest about the repair cost and time involved and always wants the best interest of the clients.
