He swiftly determined two potential reasons and set about discovering which was the culprit. He informed me the cost of both options and again sought approval before moving ahead with the fix. He was efficient, friendly, tidy, educated me along the way. He showed me the whys/hows and the damage and discussed potential reasons and ways to avoid future issues.
