It was a great deal for a quick walk-through for the house that I wish to buy. They pointed all the problems to me, such as drainage, concrete ground, foundation, roof age, and much more. It was a life education of its own. It allows me to make safe and sound decision. And have all the points to negotiate at a better price. There was no written report included for this services.
