Outstanding Person - Fantastic process
Rick showed up on time with all his own equipment and was ready to go. Brought a second pair of clean shoes to walk through the house and started right away.
I hired Rick specifically for the mould detection as I got burnt by not doing this in the last house. Rick was not only thorough, informative, and incredibly approachable with questions, but he took the time to explain all the details.
Specifically we found that there was a slight water damage issue in the furnace area but that it was completely dry now and we radar detected as well as moisture detected the area. This was a prime concern for me but because the condo is only 4 years old and this may be from the A/C unit above, we will need to monitor it in the summer.
Mold radar was really neat to see and we inspected the whole house.
Overall satisfaction is 11/10 stars! You can't do better than Rick!
