I needed a home inspector for a house that I was buying, and found Rick Clayton with Real Home Inspections by checking the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors website. He has multiple certifications (RHI & CMI), and a very user-friendly website for information and to book the inspection. I met Rick at the house, and he started right away. He did an extremely thorough inspection, and answered all of my questions as I walked with him. He found a couple of big issues that I had the seller take care of before the purchase completed. I am extremely satisfied with Rick's work, and will definitely refer him to everyone.
