I can't say enough positive things about Rick and his home inspection services. He was recommended to me by a friend who had enlisted his services and it was very clear why she spoke so highly of him.
Rick took time to explain the process with me, to show me exactly what he was doing and made sure I knew he was available for any questions I might have both while waiting for the report and afterward if I needed anything. He is professional, knowledgeable and so very kind.
Because I am dealing with a compromised immune system and have to be extra careful with mould, I was rather anxious about the testing. Rick was reassuring yet thorough and got back to me with the results very quickly.
He is affordable and really cares about providing high quality service.
