We were inspecting a house in fergus to purchase and hired Rick to do the inspection and he was awesome, found a few problems, a couple could be costly but also explained everything and how to fix it and estimated an a proximate cost to fix it, we got there on time but Rick was already there been around the out side of the house and on the roof, and the report was so informative, had picture and how to fix and was the caused the problem, I'd hire Rick again forsure and tell my friends too
