We had our home inspection done by Rick, (the Owner of Real Home Inspections Ontario) in the spring of 2014. Rick was amazing. He was very detailed and professional and he clearly knows his stuff! He also gave us tons of information about how to maintain the house, upgrade things, and save money on maintenance and up-keep. This was our first house and he made us feel much better about our purchase. He also checked the entire house for mould and moisture and he had some very good equipment to check for all of this. He explained everything he was doing and checking as he went and made us feel very comfortable about how to take care of our new home. He went above and beyond in every way.
