Joey's solution to a complicated problem worked out perfectly! Even though the store was closed on Mondays, I received a callback the same day. As it happened the owner was on holiday and yet axchanged several calls with me to work out a solution. My tank had lapsed and the gas fittings were no longer comp[atible. Joey guided me through a DIY so that I could remove the parts I needed to take to their store. John, who was on premises was able to expertly remove the brass elbow fitting from my obsolete regulator without any trouble. I bought a new regulator (and a big bag of your charcoal) and took it home installed it in a jiffy. I am all set. Thank you Joey and John for taking the time even while on holiday.
