We took possesion of our new home in April 2014. Ryan and his team were very helpful and professional. As a designer, and having built twice before personally, I was pleasantly surprised with the timeline and price. On time and under budget!!!!!! unheard of in this industry. Quality trades. Quality product. would highly recommend Scarlett Built Homes.
