Scarlett Built Homes

I just wanted to take some time and write a short review for my new home built by Scarlett Built Homes in Springbrook AB. It seems as though most people can't be bothered to write a review unless its bad and they're upset so I wanted to express my happiness with my beautiful home. I'd like to start by saying that I absoutely love my home. This is my first home so I don't have a past experience to compare too but I will have some high expectations for the next one. My home package came with all the premiums included such as granite counters and sinks and premium paint colors and siding. Although I was slightly over the alotted budget on some of my interior items due to my personal preferances and upgades I think it would have been easy to stay on the budget set for the build. Ryan made it easy to change and add things to the build such as a gas stove instead of electic, plumbing in the garage and in wall stereo system. He was very informative and helpful when it came to added extra's to the build as well as all the people at Central Alberta Flooring, Red Deer Lighting, Jade Stone & Coast Wholesale Appliance were amazing to deal with. He was prompt with returning phone calls and addressing issues, concerns and changes I had along the way and now that I'm moved in he still checks on me and asks if I'm having any issues or need anything done. He continues to ensure that I am satisfied with my home. All his contractors have done an amazing job building my house and all the work was done with care and pride and was built on schedule. All in all I'm very happy with my home and the builder and would recommend Ryan for a future build.
