Shockingly poor after sales service for expensive product, eventually rectified
I purchased three doors, on tracks, from this company back around 2018-19 for several thousand dollars. They worked just fine for many years. Then in March 2023 I paid $1600 for them to remove and then reinstall all three doors, so that I could replace old carpeting. The two house visits for this amounted to a total of about 5 person-hours work (one hour solo and 2 hours of two man team). Two of the doors are working fine 5 months later, but one door now won't move. Because its past 90 days they want to charge me another $250.00 for a service call. They did send me free replacement wheels but with an incredibly complicated set of instructions and it requires two people to do the work.
UPDATE: after publishing this review and a similar one on Google a technician was sent at no cost to me. The problem turned out to be not the wheels but a defective soft close device that the technician is replacing.
