Stay away from this company!!
When our door were delivered (4 weeks late) they arrived with pre drilled holes, holes that didn't line up with the hinges that we bought from Lusso. Not a massive problem and easy enough to find a solution, so I called the company....
My first attempt was brushed off by Lana the receptionist who said everything was fine and don't worry but didn't offer help or suggestions but that everything was fine, thanks Lana.
Second attempt was with Haim the owner. Haim proceeded to tell me it was my fault because:
1) i didn't know what I was doing as a carpenter. (it doesn't take a carpenter to understand when holes don't line up).
2) I could just chisel it out. (Thanks again Haim but than the door wouldn't sit square in the frame or line up with the weather stripping)
3) I could easily fill the holes with wood filler. (This wouldn't work because wood filler isn't a structural compound and would turn to dust in a few years).
Once it became clear that Haim had no interest in accepting responsibility I asked if he would come do a site visit so he could see for himself the issue, his response was that I should come to his shop instead and look at all the perfect doors he does and that he's the best and would never make a mistake.
I'm left with a door that I will repair on my own time and dime, but it was very disheartening to have a conversation with a business owner that lacks morals and values.
