This company did the water proofing for my roof 3 years ago. Recently there was a lot of water gushing down around the gutter from the roof. Their consultant Louis came out here and went up to the roof and unclogged the drain. He suspected that the elbow area of the gutter also had a clog. He removed that and the huge volume of water soaked him. He didn't charge me because my roof is still under warranty. He was a very nice guy and did a very thorough job. He told me what preventative measures to take in the future.
