they are knowledgable and good at what they do. I trust that they "know their stuff" and can make helpful recommendations. They designed and planted our front yard and we were overall very happy with them.

They have had to replant some of the trees that did not make it, and have committed to replacing a few more plants under warrantee, for which we are grateful.

At the beginning of the design process, your front yard was ready for an upgrade. You recognized this and asked us to design a modern-looking front yard. We are glad that we succeeded together to create not only a modern-looking front yard but also a unique-looking one. I think everybody in our company is proud of the end result.

The project was more expensive than originally assumed but, I am sure, the value of your beautiful home has also gone up because of your new front yard. The front yard is the face of the property. It is the first thing that visitors see and it tells them what the home owner values – beauty and quality.

beautiful work, but ultimately dishonest

Although they are knowledgable and good at what they do, at the end of the day they didn't stand by their word so half of their beautiful work wound up to be just a huge expense for nothing.

In summer 2020, we hired them to design and plant our front yard. the design was great, though more than twice what we'd said we roughly wanted to spend. They said that they would guarantee all plants for at least a year, and replace any plants that didn't make it. They proceeded to plant in a heat wave, and when I questioned this, I was reassured that the plants were under a warrantee. One year later, 3 of our beach trees basically had no leaves, and we asked them multiple times, until Craig (the owner I believe) told me (in writing!) that they would give it another season, and would replace them if they didn't turn around by June 2022. I've emailed them twice now... no reply.

The picture speaks for itself... we spent thousands alone on these trees, which are basically bare trunks year round. Its a shame that they wouldn't just stand by their word and replace these trees as promised, because I was otherwise a happy customer. I would caution anyone before spending lots of money with this company (unless its on pure service)
